Jeff and Angela Wolter, founded Wolter Construction in 2012, after 15 years of experience in the trade. Angela grew up in Sturgis and Jeff was a transplant from Southern California in 1999. They raised 2 children in the Black Hills and there is no place they would rather call home.

 

We work hard to build long-lasting relationships with our customers, and our team ensures a quality product at the end of each job. That is possible with our on site lead carpenters having over 20 years experience.

 

Our core business is concrete flatwork, finish work and rough framing. We enjoy working on both residential projects and commercial projects, as we are licensed to do either. The best sized projects for us last a week or more for 2-6 guys.
