Jeff Wolter is the owner of Wolter Construction LLC,  serving Rapid City and the surrounding Black Hills region. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the building industry, Jeff has established a reputation for uncompromising quality and structural integrity.

Jeff founded Wolter Construction on the principle that every project deserves expert craftsmanship. His deep understanding of South Dakota’s unique building climate ensures that every structure is built to last.

Our goal is to provide reliability, transparent communication, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Jeff and Angela Wolter, founded Wolter Construction in 2012. Angela grew up in Sturgis and Jeff was a transplant from Southern California in 1999. They raised 2 children in the Black Hills and there is no place they would rather call home.
